As members of the patient panel, here are some of the things you can have your say on: 

• information for patients 
• service design or re-design 
• accessing services 
• facilities and the environment - such as menus and cleanliness 

You might be asked to share your views by: 

• email 
• telephone 
• video meetings 
• attending focus groups
