Are you aged 16–18, buzzing with enthusiasm, and have a keen desire to start an exciting new career in administration in the NHS? Do you want to learn new skills and gain experience in the workplace while achieving a nationally recognised Apprenticeship qualification?

Do you have a passion for learning and the motivation to succeed?

If yes, then we have the ideal opportunity for you. We have Apprenticeship vacancies in a number of departments in the hospital and we are looking to recruit high quality individuals to join our Apprenticeship Programme.

You must have at least 4 GCSEs or predicted grades (Grades A – C, including English and Maths). If you already have a degree or Level 4 qualification, sorry, but you will not be able to apply.

You will be employed on a 12 months fixed term contract. Your hours will be 37.5 each week, with time for formal study towards the Apprenticeship Framework. All our apprenticeships are Intermediate Business Administration Apprenticeships.

What does an apprenticeship get you?

A high percentage of our Apprentices find permanent employment here at the hospital either during and on completion of their Apprenticeship.

Last year 96% of our Apprentices gained employment, 92% of them within the NHS.

Salary: £127.50 per week (training rate).
