Barnsley Hospital are giving hearing aid users the chance to find out what works best for them with a Q&A session on Wednesday 10 May 2017, 2 – 4pm.
Traditional hearing aids are not always the most effective solution for hearing loss where the ears suffer from discharge and some users may experience problems wearing hearing aid(s) due to recurrent ear infections.
Attendees can find out:
- Why traditional hearing aids aren’t always the best solution
- What is a conductive hearing loss?
- What is a Bone Anchored Hearing Aid (Baha)?
- Could it help me or my loved one?
This event will take place in Lecture Theatre 1 at Education Centre, Barnsley Hospital and will offer the opportunity to meet an Implant recipient who will share their story and answer your questions.
