Taking place on Wednesday 6 December 2017, this event will be looking at the progress of the Accountable Care System and the Hospital Services Review. We want to future-proof local hospital services and are committed to having a general hospital in every town and city. An independent piece of work looking at five hospital service areas is now underway to consider if there would be benefits in delivering these services differently. The work looks at how services could be delivered so that everyone in South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw has equal access to high quality, safe hospital services now and into the future and it is crucial that patients/ staff and public give us their views as part of the process. The venue for this is The Source, Meadowhall (S9 1EA) from 10am – 3pm. There will be an opportunity to hear from the clinical leads involved with the review followed by a question and answer session. This will enable you to talk to some of the professionals involved in the work and provide an opportunity to voice your thoughts. There is a small car-park attached to The Source however alternative free parking is available in the shopping centre across the dual carriageway and your car can be registered at the event. If you would like to attend please contact email@example.com and the booking details will be sent to you. Please be aware that registration will be on a first come first served basis and equal spaces have been allocated on a locality basis. There are also additional events taking place in your local areas which will be advertised through the Clinical Commissioning Groups.
