The patient's library
We have a volunteer-led patient library service at our hospital.
Library opening times
The library is located on the first floor, near the restaurant. It provides a selection of books for inpatients and staff. If you return books, place them in the ‘letterbox’.
The books are also brought around regularly, as a trolley service, for patients who cannot leave their beds.
The library’s opening times are:
Monday, 11 am – 1 pm
Tuesday, 11 am – 3.30 pm
Wednesday, 12 pm – 2 pm
Thursday, 10.30 am – 12.30 pm
Add to the library
If you have any books or audiobooks at home, that you no longer need, please pass them on to the library so others can enjoy them during their stay.
