Alice is a team administrator. Alice ensures the team runs smoothly by efficiently processing referrals and equipment orders and by handling enquiries from stakeholders including clients and local professionals.

Alice has previously worked in the education sector after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University with a BA(Hons) in Music Technology and Production and a post graduate qualification in Post-16 and Further Education.

Alice joined Barnsley Hospital in June 2022 as an Outpatient Receptionist and Referral Management Clerk before joining the Assistive Technology Team in January 2023.

Alice says:
I have always had a passion for learning and technology. AAC and EC were completely new subjects to me before joining the Assistive Technology team and every day there is something new to discover. I have found working in the Assistive Technology team extremely rewarding because everyone on the team has a common goal in supporting clients to thrive.
