October is Black History Month, and this year is extra special as we join the rest of the country in celebrating and recognising the contribution of all Black communities across our society. This year’s theme is Time for Change: Action Not Words. Black heritage plays a significant part in NHS history and throughout October, we will celebrate the cultural heritage that makes the NHS one of the most inclusive and diverse organisations in the world.

Whether you want to start breathing easier, feel the energy boost or even have a little more money to spend, there has never been a better time to stop smoking. Remember, it’s never too late to join the thousands of people quitting smoking this October.
