The 15 Steps Challenge - help us assess our Children’s Emergency Department and Assessment Unit
We want the people who use our services to let us know what they think about those services.
We know that there are lots of important elements to excellent care, and we believe that first impressions count. A good first impression builds confidence and reassurance. We want to get this right for patients and carers.
To help us do this we are inviting parents/carers of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities to help us carry out a 15 steps visit to the Children’s Emergency Department and Assessment Unit.
This will help us identify what works well and what can be improved in our department.
