Patient Panel

The Trust patient panel aims to give our service users a strong voice to help shape the way in which Barnsley Hospital delivers Healthcare.

As members of the patient panel, here are some of the things you will have your say on:

  • Information for Patients
  • Service design or re-design
  • Accessing Services
  • Facilities and the environment e.g. food and cleanliness

You might be asked to share your views in the following ways by:

  • Email
  • Telephone
  • Video meetings
  • Attending focus groups

Regardless of age or circumstances, we would like to hear your views.

Patient Stories

Patient stories are presented to the Trust Board, either by you as service users or by staff involved in your care at Barnsley Hospital. These stories help to bring experiences to life and help us to understand what we could do better and share the things that we do well.
