COVID 19 statement
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Trust has taken the decision to suspend non-urgent and non-essential business meetings, in line with national guidance and decisions taken through our emergency planning structures. We will hold all Trust Board and board committee meetings remotely, using tele/video conferencing technology, until further notice.

Our Board of Directors’ meetings are held in public each month; please see details of forthcoming meetings below and papers from past meetings.

All board meetings commence at 9.30am and are conducted using Zoom and streamed live on our YouTube channel.

In addition to the Board meetings held in public, the Council of Governors general meetings are also open to everyone.

Whilst these are meetings of the Board held in public, the Chairman welcomes public input and comments on the business of the Board at the end of each meeting.

In addition, and in accordance with the Trust’s Standing Orders, members of the public may request that they address a question to the Board of Directors.

Anyone wishing to do so should advise the secretary to the board prior to the start of the meeting, stating their name and nature of the question. Please note, these requests shall be brought to the attention of the Chairman, who retains the right to accept or decline any questions to be put to the Board by any member of the public.
