We are excited to announce the Launch of our ‘Always Campaign’ in March 2021 and would love to hear from you.

With your help and involvement we will understand key areas that we need to improve on across the organisation so that we can make your experience with us the best it can possibly be.

Your feedback will help us to introduce and embed ‘Always Events’ at Barnsley Hospital

‘Always Events are defined as those aspects of the care experience that should always occur when patients, their family members or other care partners, and service users interact with health care professionals and the health care delivery system.’

For example, you might tell us that we should always answer the telephone or we should always introduce ourselves by our first name.
