Barnsley Hospital is thrilled to announce that our pioneering research project, born out of necessity during the COVID-19 pandemic, has been shortlisted for the esteemed Nursing Times Awards in the Clinical Research Nursing category.

A Barnsley Hospital project which has helped speed up discharge for children with minor head injuries has been shortlisted for an HSJ Patient Safety Award. 

A pioneering exercise, nutrition and wellbeing cancer support service that has helped more than 1,000 people in Sheffield prepare for and recover from cancer treatment has expanded to Barnsley.
